Thanks to everyone that attended on May 29th, the 1st annual Waskasoo Community Association barbeque and membership drive was a great success.
Around 100 community members attended to enjoy some great bratwurst, hamburgers, cookies and even some delicious home-made cake all mixed with getting to know neighbours and visit with friends.
What a great way to connect with our community. A special thanks to the board volunteers who put this event together and some additional dedicated volunteers who contacted the board to offer their services to cook and deliver flyers.
This is a great neighbourhood to live in and the people who live here are a large part of that.
